Dining area: Large dining table with seating for eight, additional seating and wide glass doors leading onto the south facing rear garden with gate to the foreshore.

Bedroom Two: Two x 3' single beds.
Bathroom: Roll top bath: Power shower with jet sprays, wash basin, WC.

The south facing garden on the beach side (rear), is enclosed with a low fence and laid to lawn with a gate leading onto the foreshore.
The front garden has plenty of space for parking and a grassy area leads to the distinctive blue front door.
Outside shower with hot and cold water.
Garden furniture: Dining table with 6 x chairs, 1 x double chair and 2 x fold-up chairs.
The heating is provided by electric, thermostatically controlled panel radiators.
