Sundowner is a beautifully designed contemporary house and is just 50m back from the seafront offering a spacious interior with a huge open plan reception room incorporating the living, dining and kitchen areas. It is just a short 10 minute stroll into the village of East Wittering which has an array of shops and restaurants.

There are four bedrooms, three shower rooms and a family bathroom at Sundowner and even an outside warm shower for your canine friends. (We respectfully ask you use this for them and and not the inside showers). There is a large double bunk bed room for families which comfortably sleeps adults too. The master bedroom suite has its own south facing balcony, both this and a further bedroom also have glimpses of the sea. With plenty of offstreet parking this makes Sundowner the perfect choice for families holidaying together
