The fully fitted kitchen has everything you would need for a self catering holiday including a Rangemaster cooker with 6 ring gas burner, electric oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and cafetiere.
A circular dining table seats eight and the large comfy sitting area has inviting sofas and easy chairs for everyone. The flatscreen TV has Sky and Freeview and there is also a DVD player. The bi-fold doors open onto the covered terrace with table and chairs overlooking the garden and sea.
The groundfloor also has a cloakroom, a utility room with tumble dryer and washing machine, hanging rails for wet suits and beach kit, and a good amount of storage space. It is tiled throughout with underfloor heating.
One ensuite bedroom with a walk-in shower is on the groundfloor, with three further bedrooms upstairs.
Stairs to upstairs landing:
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom: Super King size bed, bi-fold doors onto the upstairs balcony, unusual inset bath screened by foldback doors and ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2: Twin 3' beds. Can be zip & linked to make a double on request.
Bedroom 3: Twin 3' beds. Can be zip & linked to make a double on request.
Family room with snuggler seating, TV with DVD player, gasfire and clear doors onto the glassfronted balcony and far-reaching views across the Solent.
Family bathroom: beautifully finished with bath and shower over and separate handheld attachment, floor tiles, and skylight.
Outside has a wooden decking patio giving onto the lawned garden with beach beyond.
The patio has dining table and chairs, with additional canvas directors chairs and steamer loungers to make the most of being outside. At the far end of the lawn is the seawall curved sunken wooden seating area, with cushions provided, dividing the garden from the pebble shore.
