The Beach House, Bracklesham Bay

'The Beach House' is situated in an enviable location just a stones throw from the beach and set within a small, private gated development. This beautiful home is well presented throughout and has an interesting split level internal design which allows for the creation of balconies to both the front and rear. The rear, west facing balcony has beautiful sea views across The Solent to the Isle of Wight and Portsmouth while the full width balcony at the front looks out over the beach and communal lawned gardens.

With a large open plan Kitchen/dining area leading to the west facing balcony which overlooks the coastline this is the perfect holiday home for those wishing to enjoy spectacular views after a day of exploring all the area has to offer. The living room is on the first floor leading to the balcony which also boasts spectacular views.

There are two bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The bedrooms comprise of a Superking and a double room which has an additional single bed. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

There is a small private garden and also communal lawn gardens with a boat ramp leading onto the beach if you would like to launch your own dinghy. The location is fantastic for those who love walking, wind surfing, surfing and canoeing.
